As China enters the era of intelligence,artificial intelligence has a more and more significant impact on college students’ employment.The new technology brought by artificial intelligence will replace the jobs of some college students in the future,bringing certain challenges to employment.But at the same time,artificial intelligence will also create new tasks to generate new employment opportunities,to bring employment opportunities to college students.Therefore,it becomes an objective need to explore the factors affecting college students’ employability in the era of intelligence and guide all aspects to improve college students’ employability to meet the labor demand of the era of intelligence,and to seize employment opportunities to realize and maintain employment.Based on this background,this study takes the students from 11 universities in Hangzhou as the research objects.Through literature reading,it sorts out and defines the relevant concepts and element structures.Through questionnaire survey,interview and statistical analysis,this paper focuses on the factors affecting college students’ employability in the era of artificial intelligence.At the same time,combined with the existing research,Coleman’s rational choice theory and Bandura’s social learning theory are used to put forward relevant hypotheses on the influencing factors of college students’ employability in the intelligent era and carry out empirical analysis and test.Finally,combined with the research results,countermeasures and suggestions are given.Firstly,based on the review of relevant literatures at home and abroad,this paper establishes an index system of three variables including employability,artificial intelligence quotient and self-regulation,and carries out reliability analysis,exploratory factor analysis and confirmatory factor analysis.Secondly,AMOS22.0 is used to construct a structural equation model to analyze the influence of artificial intelligence quotient and self-regulating variables on college students’ employability.SPSS22.0 was used to explore the influence of artificial intelligence quotient and self-regulation on college students’ employability,and the adjustment effect of self-regulation variables was analyzed.The results show that in the era of intelligence,college students’ creativity,data power,communication power,learning power and individual acceptance will have a significant positive impact on their employability.The artificial intelligence quotient and self-regulation of college students will significantly affect their employability.Selfregulation can significantly enhance the effect of artificial intelligence quotient on college students’ employability,that is,self-regulation has a significant positive adjustment effect on the path of artificial intelligence quotient on college students’ employability.According to the analysis results,Suggestions are put forward from the government to improve the construction of college students’ re-employment service system,restructure the tax work of artificial intelligence robots and strengthen the supervision and support of college students’ employment market.From the perspective of colleges and universities,this paper proposes measures to carry out teaching reform,realize the combination of theory and practice,cultivate data consciousness,improve college students’ professional quality,pay attention to employment guidance,improve college students’ pertinence in choosing jobs,study and judge employment situation,improve the early warning mechanism of unemployment and strengthen schoolenterprise cooperation,and realize college students’ accurate employment.From the perspective of individual college students,this paper puts forward the countermeasures to understand the employment situation,change the employment concept,improve knowledge and skills,enhance employment advantages,cultivate innovative thinking,find the key points of employment and set up the learning concept,so as to realize lifelong learning.
