Based on the compulsory education the basic conception of new curriculum standard,Physics teaching to "Protect the interest in learning, to explore the teaching way which isdifferent from person to person","To create opportunities for each student, let them invarious learning activities can play to your strengths", according to their aptitude"stratified teaching" under the theory of implementation is necessary and feasible.This article to linhu town grade students in no.2middle school as the research object,to the school’s current physical discipline" stratified teaching" for action research. Basedon layered former student achievement analysis, questionnaire survey, and throughinterviews from parents, students and teachers respectively three angles to understand therural township junior middle school students characteristics, present situation and theteaching present situation, proposed suits our current teaching situation of stratifiedteaching strategy, conducted a one-year teaching experiment.After a pretest of the object of study, after investigation and analysis, through the caseanalysis research student individual development of students, through the experimentresearch before and after physical performance contrast test of the object of study, resultsshow that the layered teaching is beneficial to improve the effect of physical teaching,which can improve the students physical learning and motivate the interest in learningphysics. Stratified teaching of university physics teaching is effective.
