With the advent of knowledge economy era, the new curriculum reform in thecountry like a raging fire, its core idea is "all for student’s development". Biologicallearning difficulties hinder the all-round development of students, there are manyreasons causing biological learning difficulties, low learning efficiency is one of theimportant factors. UNESCO Director-General Edgar? Darfur once said:"the future ofilliteracy is not illiterate people, but those who cannot learn." Therefore, to improve thehigh biology students learning efficiency, is not only the problem of education andteaching, and training high quality talents.Based on the domestic and foreign research on high biology students were defined,and then through the student questionnaire survey and interviews in Suzhou cityWujiang District FenHu senior high school biology students to a sample survey, andin-depth analysis of the survey results, combined with years of teaching experience,found high biology students learn the main reasons for low efficiency is learningpsychological imbalance biology students, mainly manifested in the lack of motivation,lack of interest in learning, lack of self-confidence and willpower is weak; biologystudents in the process of preparation, class and review the learning behavior habits;biology learning method of students not sleepy. Then, on this basis, the successfulapplication of educational theory, attribution theory, constructivist learning theory andmetacognitive theory, this transformation strategy of high biological difficulties students.Finally, through the research of2typical cases to verify the transformation strategy, thetransformation strategy can significantly improve the high biology students learningeffect. Expectations about the results of the biological teachers in improving teachingquality and students’ all-round development and have reference.
