In the new century, it would be necessary to popularize quality education for all students in order to enable students to develop themselves actively, that is, to create relevant conditions for students'all-around development, to protect children of school age and teenagers'legal learning rights, to esteem students'physical and mental development and education discipline. However, in reality, reasons including heavy study stress, family circumstance, social influence, and inappropriate teaching methods result that many students face learning problems such as learning difficulties and learning disabilities. It might be argued that the evidence of learning difficulties is obvious in senior high school period, which result in students'diversity on achievement, consequently, analysis and research on learning difficulties attracts much more attention in recent society. Researches on learning difficulties, as one of the hotspot issues of quality education, have certain meanings on carrying out guidelines for education and popularizing quality education. Senior high school biology has its own subject features; therefore, it might be imperative to analyze reasons and strategies on senior high school students'learning difficulties on biology.In recent years, researchers have become increasingly interested in the learning difficulties and certain analysis and researches have been done on the field. Based on the previous researches, this dissertation focuses on different students on senior II in Tonghua city, which mainly investigates the reasons, types, and strategies on learning difficulties on biology. In addition, the strategies were applied according to the case study in the dissertation, so that some attempt and exploration could be done, which, to some extent, could transform learning difficulties learners on biology and improve the learning efficiency on biology during the new curriculum reform.
