In this paper, Harmonious society is put forward by the party in the new centurynew stage has a specific content of social goals. Harmonious campus plays an importantrole in the harmonious society, has become the subject of education in our country.However, with the expansion of higher education enrollment and tuition increases yearby year, the poor college students become an important part of the informal groups ofcollege students. This group is affected by various factors, in addition to havingcommon characteristics of ordinary college students, often have poor physical quality,mental pressure big, social adaptation ability is not strong, such as characteristics, if notreasonable guidance and management, not only hinder the poor college studentsthemselves growth and development, can also affect the entire group of college studentsprogress and the construction of harmonious campus. And the current management inthe organization structure, related system and way of funding, we still have someshortcomings. Take care of poor college students group is one of the important work ofthe construction of harmonious campus in the new century.The harmonious management theory is that: in the1980s management problemseffectively solve cannot easy to attribute the subjective emotional side or side into theobjective science, in other words, management must follow two rules, usingoptimization idea solve objective scientific side, from the Angle of subjective feelings,solve the uncertainty, and try to make both organically, interaction, realize the overallconsistency and higher performance. Call the former "harmonic" of management, whichis referred to as management "and", both the organic fusion and interaction is the"harmony".90college students is to point to the end of1990to1999after birth and access to the university for education of Chinese citizens. Since2008, after90studentsreceiving higher education began gradually into the university, as a result, after90theproportion of college students in the college students increases gradually, based on thetheory of harmonious management, and combined with the specific situation of themanagement of colleges and universities in the new period and after the90collegestudents’ characteristics, the management of students after90corresponding discussionon the problems, in order to promote the progress of the management of colleges anduniversities, enrich the practical significance of the harmonious management theory.This study adopted the method of literature method, deductive method, and casestudy method, etc, starting from the "problem" of poor college students and itsmanagement, through deductive reasoning the harmonious management theory isapplied to practice, solve the problem of not harmonious, through takes the good faitheducation, strengthen the moral consciousness of poor college students; Theestablishment of harmonious interpersonal relationship, improve poor college students’social adaptation ability; Strengthen the humanistic care, guide the poor college studentsactively give back to society; Optimize organizational structure, the system carries outthe poor college students counselling work; To perfect the related system, reasonablearrangement of poor college students management process; To carry out groupcounseling, improve the efficiency and effect of poor college students’ psychologicalcounseling. Finally create harmonious management model and try to apply the theory ofthe effect in the form of a simple and clear to show out.
