Classes are the basic units of education and teaching of schools. And the class management is the most essential part of the school management. The well-done of the class management plays a very important role in the fulfillment of the educational task and goals.As a teacher who is in charge of a class, he or she should have a good ability of motivating the students' interest in study and practice, shaping the harmonious class spirit, urging the all-over and harmonious development. However, the present class management is not so satisfied. The traditional examination-oriented education,as well as the out-of-date concept of the relationship between teachers and students makes the class management unsatisfied. The method of nursemaid style class management, the management style that teachers make the students afraid of their parents, and the traditional practice that the teacher completely in charge of the class makes the relationship between the teachers and the students unharmonious. The family environment ,the students' character,and their differen interest also make the relationship between the teachers and the students unharmonious.In order to solve the inharmonic problems, this article brings forward the all and the one thought that regards the harmonious principle as the guidance, insisting on the cooperation and democracy principle, and puts the harmonious class management into practice. This thought also emphasizes the class management atmosphere in creating unification but not the same, respecting and concerning to each other,thus establishing a class that can incarnate the harmony, equilibrium and tactic development state. For this purpose, the teachers in charge of the classes need to spurn the old concept of teaching management, build up the new ones and improve the self-capability. In addition, they should breach the old methods of management, and import the new thoughtand conceive. This article mainly studies fouowing ways, in order to improve the class management:First, confirm the aims of struggle and raise the students' honor of the class. Second, pay attention to the organizational system of the class. Third, create an atmosphere of harmony. Forth, encourage all the students to take part in the class management. Fifth, create a harmonious evaluation system.If we the teachers can establish a good relation between the teachers and the students,we can manage the classes harmoniously and seriously.
