With the development of the world-wide reform of curriculum and teaching and the widely promotions of effective teaching, classroom management has gained a great attention. Classroom management changes are taking place within the international framework. The classroom management idea now is paying attention to taking student as the foundation instead of focusing on teachers; The way of management pays more attention to internal management of the students while the teachers external management is also emphasized; Teacher's management strategy has been turned to focus on meeting the needs of students from the behavioral control. In China, with the advent of the new curriculum reform, a series of changes is shown in classroom, but there are still a lot of disharmonies in the classroom. Above all, these have set forth new requirements of teachers' classroom management.In the times background of China's building a harmonious society, affected by the trend of the international classroom changes, with the condition of the enrichment and development of harmonious idea, in view of the classroom and classroom management disharmonious phenomena, the author take the research on classroom harmonious management of primary and middle schools. The ultimate goal of the study is to provide teachers with both theoretical guidance and strategic support of classroom management. The first chapter: Introduction. The paper elaborates the background, the goal and the significance , the unique angle of view and the study way of the research on classroom harmonious management of primary and middle schools .The second chapter: Foundations and characteristics of classroom harmonious management of primary and middle schools are analyzed and summarized. It mainly carries on the analysis from two aspects: First, it carries on the analysis of theory foundations of classroom harmonious management. It discusses their enlightenments to the research on the classroom harmonious management from the relevant disciplines of the philosophy, the sociology, the psychology, and so on. Second, it analyzes the classroom harmonious management's concept and the characteristics, embarking from several relevant concepts' discrimination to prove the classroom harmonious management concept and characteristics. The third chapter: The current situation of the classroom management of primary and middle schools is elaborated and analyzed. According to the experience as well as the observation in the classrooms of the primary and middle schools, the author summarized the current situation of the classrooms and those management of the primary and middle schools in our country, and analyzed their original reasons. Thus people can understand the reality of the classroom management of the primary and middle schools in our country more deeply.The fourth chapter: The paper explores and discusses the strategies of harmonious classroom management of the primary and middle schools. Relating to the classroom reality, it introduces the harmonious management strategies of the classroom environment, the classroom instruction, the classroom's people as well as the classroom trouble behaviors respectively, providing teachers some useful strategies to manage the classroom harmoniously.
