The21th century is an era which information explodes. The new waveof information technology promotes the rapid development of every field inthe world, which not only stimulates the new change in society, politics,economy and daily life, but also exerts deep impact on traditionaleducational concepts and educational technology. Along with thedevelopment of times, the traditional educational concepts has beenobsolete, and the way of integrating information technology into classroomteaching promotes further development of education, just like injectingfresh blood into human’s hearts. Therefore, the study of integratinginformation technology with course has been the hot issue in educationfield, which also draws more and more attention of experts and learnerswho explore and study painstakingly. But due to the long and traditionalhistory of classroom teaching structure of “teacher-centeredness”, theeducational concept of both teachers and students are deeply rooted,therefore, it takes long time to truly realize the “integration”, which alsoneeds the adaption and change of teachers and students in information technology educational environment. Under such background, starting withthe advantages and features of “leading-subject” structure of teaching underthe circumstance of information technology, the article aims at the changeof teaching thinking principles, teaching structure modes and so on of bothteachers and students.Analyzing the disadvantages of traditional art course content inprimary schools in China, exploring the reform of course content of thenew round in China, clearly stating the standards and features of art contentin middle and primary schools of the new Art Curriculum Standards inChina, and meanwhile, analyzing and studying the teaching theory of“leading-subject”, I determine the Construction of Teaching Structure of“Leading-Subject” in Primary School fine arts under the Environment ofInformation Technology as the research subject and hope it can provideexperience and theory reference for workers who engage in art educationand teaching.
