With the new curriculum reform, teachers’concept quietly changing, learning and mastering the scientific and cultural knowledge and skills at the same time in the attention of students, training has to pay more attention to students’ innovation spirit and practice ability.In the first teaching job, I found that side is the teacher carefully organize experimental learning, while some students be absent-minded, experimental effect. Education is a human face, the core value of education is to achieve the development of each student. How to improve the student’s interest in the experiment, so as to improve their physical skills, quality improvement?I did a survey on junior middle school in Shijiazhuang City, found that they are very high to experimental interest, but rarely involved, rarely preview before class experiment, not to mention the advance alone inquiry experiment, family experiment and few people, so the expectations and harvesting degree is not too optimistic. The survey also found that, the students like innovation, but because of the current experiment teaching method, students’ independence, innovation is not fully embody.The new class of Ministry of education of China changed for more than ten years, review the concept of the new curriculum, emphasizing to students, students are the masters of learning. The classroom should be guided by teachers, students as the main body, to create conditions to encourage students to actively learn, emphasizing experience, experience, feelings, innovation; South China Normal University professor Guo Sile put forward the "student-based education" concept, emphasize the implementation of student’s main body status,"all for the students, respect students, height based on students".Our adhere to the curriculum, as a physical teacher I participated in the school organization’s each training, reading a lot of reference data, I find the idea of the new curriculum standards and the Students-based educational philosophy is very beneficial to students education idea.So I tried a year students participate in physical experiment teaching in a student-centered class.I have designed a new form of organization of the students involved in the experiment teaching, including "creating situation, role","experimental front, group presentation","family experiment, personal exhibition","unit review, experimental PK", the sense of participation and interest, greatly enhance the ability of students’ Participation and skills to obtain the full development.That practice for one school year, students of the educational philosophy under the guidance of the classroom, teachers and students of democracy and equality, mutual respect; under the concept of new curriculum classroom, teachers guide, students take the initiative to learn, classroom full of vitality. The students "ability, cooperation ability, innovation ability obtained the very big development, improve physical performance. Students love learning, learning, self-confidence greatly enhance.So I think, let the students participate in the teaching experiment, on the physical literacy of junior middle school students and lifelong learning helps a lot.
