Rural basic education has an important role in the basic education balanced development. The school layout adjustment has closed a lot of village primary school, but some areas still retain some village primary school because of natural environment, social economic condition and the ethnic characteristics and other factors, such as the Southeast Ethnic Minority Area of Chongqing. There, the Rural Basic Education Balanced Development is the key of Basic Education balanced development, but village primary school is a short board and bottlenecks in rural basic education. Therefore we must care about Village Primary School. Teacher is the key factor to decide education quality, so we care about teachers’living state.By selecting a teacher from Village Primary School in the Southeast Ethnic Minority Area of Chongqing as study object, according to Marxist thought on the activities of human history, we divide the living condition to make living activities, generate events and leisure activities. Given the particularity of the Village Primary School teachers’ work, living environment, their livelihood activities include not only the teachers’ job, but also including part-time labor. Physiological activities show the daily life of the teachers’ basic, family relationship and social relationship. Leisure activities while in the teachers’ life accounted for the proportion of the very few.China’s long-standing urban-rural dual structure of economic society, the concept of village primary school will perish, local villagers laissez faire attitude of school education, and School teachers’"left village" tendency are the reasons.Rethinking the value of village primary school, realize its importance. On this basis, strengthen the importance school teachers to improve their position in education, improve rural living environment, strengthen the national cultural heritage, then they can improve school teachers’ enthusiasm for work and life, and improve the living conditions effectively, improve the school education quality, ultimately promote basic education balanced development.
