| With the development of society and new demands of curriculum reform, the primary and secondary school teachers in rural state of existence of by the people more and more attention.First of all, the paper analyzes the teacher living conditions, teachers’ occupational tiredness and the concept of teachers’ professional development, and know the teacher living condition related the deep connotation of the concept.Second, through the analysis of the rural primary and secondary school teachers in the present situation of the living condition, this paper rural primary and secondary school teachers to know there are mainly economic conditions, social status, physical and mental health, job burnout, professional development, etc.Again, this paper further analyzes the existence state of rural primary and secondary school teachers in the causes of the problems, mainly analyses the teachers themselves, school, society and so on three different levels of reason.Finally, this paper puts forward to improve rural primary and secondary school teachers living state of countermeasures, mainly including five aspects: one is to meet for survival,2it is to promote professional development, three is activated subject consciousness, and the fourth is improving adjustment ability, five is to pursue the meaning of life. |
