The New Upgraded Higher Vocational College Students' Ideological Education Problems And Countermeasures Research

Being an important new force in higher education, the higher vocational colleges are burden with training high skilled talents engaging in producing, constructing, managing. The situations of the Higher vocational college students’Ideological and moral education is directly related to not only the development of students’ Ideological and the quality of the whole higher education and the higher vocational education, but also the talents’training for socialist modernization and the social economic stability and prosperity. However, the new higher vocational colleges have not been given sufficient attention to and lacked of obvious pertinence and actual effect the problems in students’ideological and political education since this kind of colleges has a short history,the diversity of school-running and the complex construction of students; meanwhile the new higher vocational colleges lack of the experience and models in the ideological and political education. So the new higher vocational colleges are facing the great challenges. To cause educational workers to concern this problem and take correct methods, the paper states it from the following six points:reviewing the history of the Higher Vocational College; defining the newly upgraded Higher Vocational Colleges; interpreting the importance and urgency of the ideological and political education in the newly upgraded Higher Vocational Colleges; analysising the present conditions of the Subject and Object in Newly upgraded Higher Vocational Colleges; pointing out the problems such as the uneven quality of the ideological and political education team; the little achievement among the educational workers etc..To solve and improve the problems, based on the teaching and the practice of students’ management, the paper proposes the specific methods from the following:1.Obey the laws of education and adopt the appropriate methods in ideological and political education;2.
