With the ever-accelerating process of urbanization in China since the reform and opening up, more and more peasants go to work in the cities, some of them would take along their children. In this case, the problem of migrant children’ family education has become increasingly prominent, proper attention should be paid to their family’s education. A good solution of the problem of migrant chilidren’s education could not only help improve their quality of life, but also has significant meaning on constructing a harmonious society. Through the use of field observation, questionnaires and interviews,taking the Z City, Shandong Province for instance as an analysis, thus to find out the problems and put forward countermeasures and suggestions.Through the understanding of the economic capital of migrant families, migrant families of these families’ income situation is not balanced, the occupational status of parents of migrant children is relatively low overall, and the living conditions is relatively low. The social capital position of the migrant children is that there is a high school drop-out rate and the community resources could not be effectively guaranteed, and the interpersonal relationship tend to be monotonous. Research on the present situation on Z city and find that there is a lack of family education, spiritual life and intercommunication between parents and migrant children. It is found that migrant parents has not much enough economic capital and time investment to their children, and fewer original cultural capital and the new growth of cultural capital are not unified, migrant families old force of habit more powerful, the cultural differences of the floating population increased for several reasons such as the difficulty of the Family Education. A good solution on the lack of migrants’ family education of Z city in Shandong province, a coordination of social support system should be established, schools should strengthen management, thus to create a good educational environment as well as a harmonious and stable internal environment.
