Quality education and new curriculum reform require school achieve students’the overall, harmonious and sustainable development. Junior middle school students’ multi-quality assessment suited for quality education, more and more, catch peoples’ attention,becomes a new way of development evaluation promote students’overall development and a key link. Based on A junior school students, the writer researched city A Junior middle school students’multi-quality assessment situation, analyses some problems and put forward the effective suggestions about advancing multi-quality assessment work.This paper is divided into five parts:The introduction, the first part, mainly introduced about the selected topic background, the research status at home and abroad about multi-quality assessment, purpose and meaning of researching, the ideas and methods of studying.The text, the second part, is separated into three parts:Firstly, the paper elaborates the connotations of junior middle school students’ multi-quality assessment and the great significance. From three angles, the students’ all-round development, teacher education and teaching and senior school selection of talent, sates the meanings of junior middle school students’ multi-quality assessment.Next, the paper analyses the data of the two schools questionnaire’s investigation and study of city and looks for the questions and reasons. The influence of the traditional appraisal idea, the training work not done enough, the evaluation system lacking of flexibility,the evaluator lacking motivation, the evaluation process becoming formalistic and the feedback and the introspection of the appraisal results not in place, all of this causes results in a series of evaluation questions.Finally, the writer makes recommendations aimed at the problems in the process of multi-quality assessment. The writer advise suggestions in the concept transformation and the training work of the teachers, students and parents, perfecting school evaluation criterion, how to select empirical data, plural subject evaluation,all parities communication and exchange emphasizing students longitudinal development, doing well in the feedback and reflection of evaluation results.Thirdly, Concluding remarks summarizes this thesis study, analyzes researching founding, at the same time, points out the existing deficiencies, and prospects the development trends of Junior middle school students’multi-quality assessment from now on.
