High school students’ comprehensive quality evaluation in our country is in the reform of the international education evaluation of China’s basic education curriculum reform, the enrollment of college entrance examination reform of education reform of the environment gradually developed in recent years. The multiple intelligence theory from the view of students, view of the teacher, the angle of view of talent can well interpret the current high school students comprehensive quality evaluation of the purpose and significance, goals, methods and so on; and the comprehensive development concept can be used for interpretation of contemporary Chinese policy, social background, and current basic education reform.
