The introduction of this article introduces the theoretical and practical significance of this topic, and then there are some scholar’s reviews in theLiterature Review with commentary. In the following, there list this article’sresearch methods and innovative view.The first part of the article is a summary of the Student Association inthe secondary vocational school, firstly describe the concept, and then leads to the characteristics of the Student Association in secondary vocational schools (at the exploratory stage, put emphasis on practicality, is difficult toimplement), and then describe the goal and significance of the Student Association in the secondary vocational school (embody its mission effectively, enhance their personal capacity, and improve the teaching atmosphere, and strengthen the bonds of affection) Finally, its describes the implement of Student Association in the secondary vocational schools (including the organizational system, the project selection process, teachers’ guiding process and theschool support);The second part is mainly about using the experience of British and American Students Associations for reference by introducing their relative Management Overviews. Firstly it is about American Students Association Management Overview; secondly it is about British Students Association Management Overview. By introducing the Management Overviews, four points ofadvantages can be borrowed, which are Teacher’s Responsibility System, Project Selection System, Whole Atmosphere and Students Autonomy.The third part describes the current situation, problems and reasons forthe problems in Students Associations in Chinese Secondary Vocational Schools. Through describing the problems, the reasons for the problems can be analyzed from theory and practice. Finally the fourth part comes, which is to reform and improve Students Associations in Chinese Secondary Vocati onal Schools, including the reform of organization system, effective incentive mechanism, establishing the guidance system, establishing a supervision mechanism, making clear teacher’s responsibilities and obligations, strengthening the school support and so on.
