A Study On The Activity Management Of Students' Association At Secondary Vocational Schools Based On Project Management

With the continuous advancement of comprehensive deepening reform.National investment in vocational education and attach importance to constantly improve,deepening the reform of secondary vocational education is also being carried out in full swing.Student associations as a secondary vocational ideological and political education of the new position,its forming shoulder the important responsibility of cultivating students' comprehensive quality.The construction of student associations,is advantageous to the scientific and effective to promote the secondary vocational school of harmonious campus culture construction,spread positive energy to all students,in the service to promote the students' healthy growth and development of the students.But how to build student associations and improve the work efficiency,as we now in urgent need to solve practical problems.This study firstly do in-depth research on the basic theory of secondary vocational school,student associations activities and project management,discussing the the necessity and feasibility of modern project management theory being introducing into the secondary vocational school student associations activities management.Then we use the questionnaire survey method to master the current situation of secondary vocational school club activities management and existing problems,and on this basis,select a case study in Heyuan vocational and technical schools.To the school community for the new party researches in how to carry out project management,and using interview,meeting records,text analysis and other research methods to collect materials,do In-depth analysis of the school club activities of the project management mode.Through case analysis and investigation,the author induces the club activities running mode of project management,mainly including initiation,planning,executing,monitoring and ending.And sums up the project management into the main measures of secondary vocational students activities management:firstly school to give attention,build project management environment,guide the use of project management institutions;Secondly to set up scientific project management system,including project planning and approval of the student community activities,project supervision and check the student community activities,and the corresponding explicit incentive system;Finally to cultivate professional and efficient project management team,need help to establish the project management team,through training to strengthen team work skills and management level.
