With the continuous development of psychological theory and practice research,the concept of the psychology idiom attribution has been continuously developed and perfected,and has gradually entered the vision of the majority of teachers.It has been known,understood and recognized by the majority of teachers and penetrated into the work.In order to better apply and practice attribution theory in the educational practice of girls in secondary vocational schools and achieve the educational effect of the root cause,we have invested the Multidimensional and Multi-directional Attribution Scale(MMCS)among the girls in the four representative secondary vocational school of Longquan.Then we analyze the differences between the survey results and the national norm and the attributional tendencies between different majors.There are many reasons that affect the attribution tendency of girls in secondary vocational schools,including the influence of bad social atmosphere,prejudice against girls in secondary vocational schools and agaiust secondary vocational schools in social cognition,and even a single school evaluation mechanism,insufficient attention to attribution education and lack of teachers' psychological knowledge and awarelessness of attribution education.In addition,the low educational level of parents,improper upbringing and long-term frustration of girls in secondary vocational schools all affect the attribution tendency of girls in secondary vocational schools.Through the analysis of the survey results and cause of influence,it is found that girls in secondary vocational schools generally have the following attribution tendencies in both academic achievements and interpersonal relationships:(1)they tend to be more external attribution and prefer to explain their achievements with good or bad luck.(2)The valuation of his ability is low.(3)low self-efficacy.(4)learned helplessness.Therefore,the permeation and strengthening of attribution education and guidance for female students in secondary vocational schools are imminent.The specific ways are to obtain the support of the social and educational authorities and the recognition and support of family education.The more important and effective way is than front-line teachers and head teachers should infiltrate and attach importance to attribution education and guidance in their usual education and management.
