Self construction of the mental life, the ego is the core of thepersonality. Along with the progress of The Times and development ofrelevant theory and research of the self emerge in endlessly. The concept ofself-efficacy is embryonic growth and development in the trend. Americanpsychologist bandura in a paper published in1977, the self-efficacy:comprehensive theory on behavior change in self-efficacy was proposed.Self-efficacy refers to refers to the people if they can successfully for acertain achievement behavior’s subjective judgment. Some psychologists, onthe basis of studying bandura continue to a large number of empiricalstudies, and puts forward the general self-efficacy. The German psychologistRalf Schwarzer that general self-efficacy is an individual to respond to theneeds of different situations or when facing a new environment is a totalconfidence, can in the broader context of individual judgment and prediction.Subjective well-being is people according to their own thinking andemotional aspects of life. Subjective well-being is a subjective personalexperience, is the individual quality of life and happiness to people animportant comprehensive psychological index to measure, is to reflect asocial individual quality of life of the important parameters of psychology. As The Times progress and development, psychology researchers found thatboth at home and abroad, general self-efficacy and subjective well-being hasa quite close relationship. General self-efficacy and subjective well-being isaffect individual behavior and self development, mental health initiative ofthe two factors. They shape the behavior of the individual plays an indeliblerole. High school students are in a critical period of personality formationand development. A good general self-efficacy is an important factor in thesuccess of the high school. Subjective well-being as an important part ofpositive psychology, has been a research hotspot in the field of psychology,in-depth study of high school students in general self-efficacy and subjectivewell-being is more and more realistic demand and significance.To understand the status quo of high school students generalself-efficacy and subjective well-being and characteristics, to explore seniorhigh school students in general self-efficacy and subjective well-beingrelationship. This study using the general self-efficacy scale (GWB)(FanXiaodong,1999), the overall well-being scale (GSES) respectively for cityshandong province ordinary high school general self-efficacy situation of342high school students, high school students subjective well-beingresearch present situation. Through the data statistics and analysis to explorethe high school students the relationship between the general self-efficacyand subjective well-being, to promote the self-efficacy theory and rich theresearch theory of subjective well-being. The study found that:(1) in general self-efficacy dimensions, male and female high schoolstudents there is significant gender difference on general self-efficacy, theaverage score of the male high school students in general self-efficacy issignificantly higher than female students; Senior high school students set ofgeneral self-efficacy significantly below the junior high school students setof general self-efficacy.(2) on the dimension of subjective well-being, male and female highschool students, there was no significant gender differences in generalsubjective well-being; High-school student’s subjective well-being is lowergrade group was obviously higher than that of senior high school studentsset of subjective well-being, there is significant difference between the twoones.(3) the relationship between general self-efficacy and subjectivewell-being dimensions, general self-efficacy of senior high school studentsand there is significant positive correlation between subjective well-being,and the different factors of subjective well-being level related degree isdifferent; High school students can be used to predict subjective well-beingfor general self-efficacy.Conclusion:(1) high school students in general self-efficacy exist significantdifferences of gender and grade differences. (2) high school students subjective well-being grade differences but nogender differences.(3) high school students in general self-efficacy and there is significantpositive correlation between subjective well-being, and the different factorsof subjective well-being level related degree is different; High schoolstudents can be used to predict subjective well-being for generalself-efficacy.
