Research purposes:To explore the relationship among physical exercise,general self-efficacy and interpersonal communication ability of senior high school students,and further test the intermediary role model of fitting general self-efficacy in the influence of physical exercise on interpersonal communication ability of senior high school students,so as to provide research evidence for the development and understanding of the promotion effect of physical exercise on interpersonal communication ability of senior high school students.Research objects and methods:Using the convenient sampling method,we selected Jiangsu Xinhu high school,Nanjing high school,Changzhou No.1 middle school and affiliated middle school of Yangzhou University to carry out the questionnaire survey.Each set of questionnaire is composed of four parts:the self-made demographic scale,the physical exercise rating scale,the general self-efficacy scale and the interpersonal communication ability scale for middle school students.A total of 1650 sets were distributed and collected on the spot.The invalid questionnaires were eliminated according to the use specifications of the questionnaires,and finally 1508 sets of valid questionnaires were obtained.Spss20.0,a social statistical analysis software package,was used for statistical analysis.First of all,the independent sample t-test or one-way ANOVA is used to analyze the physical exercise,general self-efficacy and interpersonal communication ability of senior high school students;then,the correlation analysis is used to analyze the relationship between physical exercise,general self-efficacy and interpersonal communication ability;finally,the path analysis method is used to fit the physical exercise to promote the interpersonal communication ability of senior high school students The mediating effect model of general self-efficacy.Results:(1)the scores of physical exercise(21.32±17.269),general self-efficacy(25.30±5.743)and interpersonal skills(219.81±28.336)were all in the middle level.(2)there were statistically significant differences in gender(t=12.129,P<0.01)and grade(F=5.487,P<0.01)in physical exercise among senior high school students.The differences of general self-efficacy in gender(t=7.122,P<0.01)and place of enrollment(t=5.078,P<0.01)were statistically significant.Male students were stronger than female students,and urban senior high school students were stronger than rural senior high school students.The differences in interpersonal skills in the places of enrollment(t=4.894,P<0.01)and grades(F=4.297,P<0.01)were statistically significant.Urban high school students were better than rural high school students,and the second grade was better than the third grade.(3)there was a positive correlation between physical exercise and general self-efficacy(r=0.228,P<0.01).There was a positive correlation between physical exercise and interpersonal skills(r=0.223,P<0.01).There was a positive correlation between general self-efficacy and interpersonal skills(r=0.446,P<0.01).(4)the results of the mediating model of general self-efficacy show that physical exercise can indirectly improve or improve the interpersonal skills of senior high school students by enhancing the general self-efficacy,and the mediating effect accounts for 34.3%of the total effect.Conclusion:physical exercise is an effective means to improve the interpersonal skills of senior high school students.
