Education level determines a country’s development potential,and whether teacherscan stand in long-term development perspective on their career and responsibility, is theeducation whether can get the fundamentality of development。As a teacher, only based onthe students, for all students, education can reflect the value, only to establish the correcteducational concept, educational practice, can be long-term development. So reviewingand summarizing the personal ten years of teaching experience, education idea can bemainly summed up in three, namely the cultivation of strong personalities, promote theharmonious development of the students and the pursuit of happiness for the purpose oflife. Teachers should constantly inspire each student internal potential through theeducation, rather than treat the students as education products.Because the culture personality of students, make it has the independent personality,can achieve integration, with dedication and spirit, is the teacher’s primary goal ofeducation. However, to promote the harmonious development of the students’ lives, musthave to cultivate love, wise ascension and the strength of inside and outside. The ultimategoal of education is let students enjoy happiness, feeling of happiness, and create a happyhappy life, so as to achieve this purpose.The essence of education concept is the teacher in education practice summary,reflection, and the essence of the practice. Philosophy can cover a lot, so is the educationalconcept. But when the idea of educating people really put into practice and education, tothe students, only serve as the harmonious development of the students and happy growth.
