At present, our country needs a large number of high-quality workerswith high skills applied talents, vocational education assume cultivate theimportant task of this kind of talent. Secondary vocational education as thebasis for vocational education, its goal is to train qualified for production,service, management and front line early, mid-level workers, professionalpeople. With the advent of the social transformation period, the characteristicsof the transformation of secondary vocational and technical education hasbeen the fore. Such as students’ quality is not high, management difficultiesteaching difficult admissions, employment of graduates poor access. World,life and values of the vocational school students is not yet mature, and someof the students, by the unhealthy trends in society due to the lack of familyeducation, inadequate schooling and students’ individual internal factors,leading to some problem behavior in secondary vocational students spreadgradually vocational students, teaching organizational barriers. In this paper,the of Baotou service management vocational school students for the study,analysis of the vocational school in the problems of the students work,combined with the actual work in schools, and proposed the correspondingcountermeasures.Management of vocational school students from four sections werediscussed:The first part describes the status of vocational student management.The second section describes the Situation and Sources of vocationalstudents. Analysis of the problems and the reasons of the third part of the studentmanagement.The fourth section summarizes management countermeasures ofvocational school students.
