Research On The Issues Of Daily Management Of Students At Secondary Vocation Al Schools And Solutions

Student management plays a critical role in personnel training at secondary vocational schools. Under the new situation, the needs of time and society bring new requirements and challenges to secondary vocational education while having a profound influence to the all aspects of student management which is an important component of the school management of such education.This essay is based on the relevant domestic and international research, combining the reality of Jilin Aviation Engineering School and the characterics of the school students, the survey and research have been conducted on the basis of daily student management. This essay has taken the faculty, students and their parents at Jilin Aviation Engineering School as survey targets, utilizing such methods as questionnaires, interviews and summary of experience to investigate and study of current situation in daily student management in the school. Issues discovered in daily management at secondary vocational schools mainly fall into five categories:inadequate implementation of daily management regualtions; poor importance attached to daily student management by school leaders; insufficient cooperation given by the parents in such management; poor standards of entire teaching staff engaging daily management and deficiency in human resources.Regarding the contributing factors, such poor importance attached to daily student management by school leaders as valuing teaching and ignoring management, daily student management completely unable to meet current needs with inadequate supervision and stereotyped and fixed supervising measures. Low qualities of the source of the students, students conducting poor restraint on themselves, parents paying insufficient attention to the daily life of their children, therefore, unable to work with faculty members in such student management. Shortage of teaching staff in management with old means and the quality of management leaders awaits improvement.Based on the survey and analysis, this essay has offered five proposals:1. Clarifying fundemental factors, upholding the idea of "Students Foremost".2. Improving the exisiting management system.3. Valuing the building of school culture.4. Strengthening the building of teaching staff.5. Paying more attention to the ideological and political education of the students. The reseach given by this essay has enriched and improved the daily student management of secondary vocational schools.
