The Study Of The Issues Of Manage Ment Of Student Community Of Secondary Vocational School,and The Solutions

Student Community,an across-grades and across-majors group differing from normal class,is an important part of the campus organization so far.Participating in community activities can not only enrich life pleasure of the students of Secondary Vocational School,but develop their specialty,practice their skills,strengthen their communication,open their mind,improve their sociability as well.With the importance attached to education,the Secondary Vocational education shows a booming trend,leading to growth of the amount and maturity of communities.However,problems has also gradually revealed as the development of these communities.This essay mainly analyses the current situation and problems including autonomy and management of Student Community of Secondary Vocational School.Meanwhile,this essay makes some suggestions on optimizing the management of external environment and strengthening the autonomy of Student Community.A survey result shows that campus takes no account of Student Association,leaders of these communities lack of enthusiasm and experience on management and not familiar with routines and unevenness of the standard and scale of different communities lead to many issues such as inequality of opportunities,absence of learnability,management confusion and inadequate of creativity and developing force.For the sake of long-term health of the development of Student Association,this essay proposes two feasible measures-one is improving present situation of community autonomy(strengthening inner management of Student Association,improving the rules and regulations,establishing a sound mechanism of public option,etc.),the other is strengthening management(management and direction of campus to Student Communi ty,offering them fund and policy support,improving teachers' training,expending the channel for vocational and technical education,developing their special abilities,laying emphasis on construction of campus culture).Student Community should put forward the target group clearly,pay attention to learnability,practicalness and competitiveness and meet the need of improving their professional competence.On the other side,we should use these communities effectively,give full play to the management system and encourage them to improve their quality.
