The classroom, as the place of teaching and students’ activities, is the fields wherestudents grow.Good classroom needs good order in the classroom. However, in thebackground of continuous new curriculum reform, the issue of classroom discipline hasbecome one of the main problems for teaching. Although our classroom is more lively, butthere are many classroom discipline problems in this situation. Such as more noise and lessquietness, more independence and less order, more lax performances and less concentration.Moreover, the pupils have innate characteristics of naive, restless, easily distracted, and poorself-controlled, which brings certain challenges to he management of classroom discipline.Confronted with this situation, how to play a good role in the management of classroomdiscipline has become an urgent problem in our teaching career.Many theorists, administrators and teachers from home and abroad has focused on theclassroom discipline. And they have achieved great results. Consolidated status quo ofdomestic and foreign research, we can see that teachers and scholars pay great attention to theproblem of classroom discipline. However, disciplinary problems have obvious situations, sothere is no research in common and no way universal. That is to say, the problems ofclassroom discipline have certain times in primary school. Because the study is based ontheories, intended for teachers, and lack of real sound of students, we will prefer the studyfrom the perspective of students. In China, there is rare empirical research for the evidences ofthe problems. My thesis expands further empirical research on my school and regional pupils.I believe that the research will show its value, promote the practical results of classroommanagement and so as to enhance the educational philosophy.By reading the relevant literature, doing some questionnaires, discussing and gathering thefirst-hand materials, we will study and make appropriate strategies for the situations andcauses of the pupils ‘problems of classroom discipline. We will strive to improve ourclassroom management, contribute to our classroom teaching, and give students a soundmind.
