At present, the art of technical secondary school students’ cultural foundation isweak, heavy light academic course, comprehensive quality generally is not high, andtheir personality is distinct, learning initiative is poor, uninhibited, like relaxed andhappy way of teaching; At the same time, the academic teachers’ teaching ability is notstrong, the education idea is not new, retains the traditional mode of education, studentstend to pay much attention to intellectual development, the cultivation ofnon-intelligence factors and ignore them, it is of the particularity of the art students andteachers’ comprehensive quality, makes the teaching results and training purposes, artsecondary school geography teaching is faced with serious trouble.This paper reviews the non-intelligence factor research status at home and abroad,and described in this paper, we study the theoretical basis.Through the case study, and then to chongqing art school on the school336artstudent geography learning five non-intellectual factors, learning motivation, learninginterest, learning, emotion, learning, learning habits will) questionnaire, in order tounderstand art student non-intelligence factor condition of geographical study. Based onthe survey data, statistical analysis of questionnaire: art school of technical secondaryschool students non-intelligence factors exist poor cultural basis, light heavyprofessional academic, geography learning motivation is not clear, willpower is notstrong, poor study habits, and many other problems. The cause of these problemsinclude: firstly, in art student individual internal, the overall quality is not high, strongpersonality learning attitude is not correct, the one-sided stubbornly to professionalclass to keep warm, so fundamentally ignored on geographical culture basic course ofstudy; Secondly, in the study life is the interference of external adverse factors such asthe family and society, has a strong school-weary psychology; Finally, the teachers lack the comprehensive quality of backward and poor school environment for art studentsstudy also produced important influence.Causes on the basis of the analysis of the non-intelligence factor problem, based onthe theory of education psychology, learning psychology, quality-oriented education andnew curriculum reform theory, combining with the characteristics of secondaryspecialized school students’ learning of art and geographical features, based on studentindividual internal cause, external cause teachers, and the relationship between teachersand students put forward some countermeasures. There are three main countermeasures:first, the development of the learner’s non-intelligence factors in classroom teaching,develop the non-intelligence factor of students’ learning Second, build a goodrelationship between teachers and students, take the student as this, the establishment ofa democratic, equal and harmonious relationship between teachers and students,enhance the initiative of art students learn geography; Third, improve thecomprehensive quality of geography teachers, shaping teachers’ personality charm,arouse enthusiasm for art students learn geography, improve art students learning statusof non-intelligence factors. Put forward the coping strategies, from the perspective ofstudents and take the student as the standard, the non-intelligence factor’s influence onart student learning and long-term development as a breakthrough point, improve thequality of art school of technical secondary school geography education, to cultivate artstudent geography study of non-intelligence factors, implementing quality educationand comprehensive development concept.The sixth is divided into conclusions and outlook, the main conclusion of theirstudy, the study in the insufficient place, expectations and plans for future relatedstudies.
