The aim that university organized high level sports teams is to cultivate well-roundeddevelopment sports talent for national culture and the goal of that is to be participants inWorld University Games and the international and domestic major sporting competition andalso to make contributions to the National Olympic Glory Plan and the SustainableDevelopment of Sports. Although the achievements of development of university sports teamsfor the past20years are obvious to see, these achievements are still far from the target and thetask. There are still many problems in the process of organizing high-level sports teams, suchas the organizational structure is bloated,"Learning and Training contradictions” isoutstanding, cultural studies and sports scores for student-athletes is not ideal, and so on. Thisstudy will be on the concept of resource perspective, take resource-based theory as a startingpoint and high-level college sports teams organization as studying subject. This paper focuseson analyzing the organizational resources of the university sports teams and tries to build theuniversity sports team organizational adjusting theoretical model based on resourcerequirements for power.First, this paper analysis of the organizational nature, organizational attributes,organizational characteristics and organizational basic mode of the organization of universitysports team. The study also classifies the organizational resources according to theresource-based theory of the high-level university sports team. The organization’s resources ofthe university sports teams include: policy resources, educational resources, sports talentresources and analyze the resources of the university sports team by strategic and attributiveVRIN analysis.Second, this study builds the organizational adjusting theoretical model of universitysports teams with the VRIN resources needs as a driving force bases on the Universityorganizational innovation theoretical model. The within driving force of this mechanism ofaction of the theoretical model is educational resources; the needs of power of that is policyresources and sports talent resources. All of these bring to the "elements of the strategy,mission elements, cultural elements" imbalance of the university sports teams within theorganization, in turn they lead to the organization of university sports team mode be adjusted.Finally, this paper comes through the above research and concludes that the selectionprocess for university sports team organizational model should follow the legitimacy oforganizational development, comprehensiveness of personnel training, the permeability andefficiency of sports training, permeation of the organizational culture and the value of sustainable development. The study also considers the organizational adjustment modes ofuniversity sports teams are: policy resource guiding College High Level Sports Teamsorganizational adjustment mode, driven by the educational resources of university sportsteams of organizational adjustment mode, impact of Student-Athlete resources of universitysports teams of organizational adjustment mode and this study also has a case study for thesethree organizational and adjusting modes of high-level sports teams.
