| We take the coaches and athlete of the of university high level athletic teams in Henan province as theobject of the study. In order to understand the overall situation of the allocation of resources universitysports teams in Henan Province, we do the investigation of the four aspects of human resources, materialresources, financial resources and management by using methods of literature,questionnaire,observationand mathematical statistics and so on. Based the in-depth analyzing result of the status of the resourceallocation of university sports teams in Henan Provinc, we analysis the problems in the allocation ofresources of them. Moreover, to solve these problems, combined with the actual situation in our province,we put forward the corresponding improvement and improvement strategies are as follows:1. rengthen the system security, improve the management mechanism.2. Rational distribution of the projects, to seek development from competition.3. To build coaches competition mechanism scientifically and rationally.4. Increase the mobility of coaches.5. To select the reserve personnel scientifically and improve the overall quality of athletes.6. Resolve conflicts learning and training, and comprehensively improve thecomprehensive qualityof athletes.7. Broaden the channels of funding, allocate of limited funds rationally.8. Improving competition mechanisms, improve competitions frequency.9. Give full play to the advantage of university.This study was designed to offer a reference for the rational allocation of resources of UniversityAthletic teams, sustainable development of the province, and provide a better platform for the training and competitions of university sports teams. Basides, we hope that through this study, widespread concern inthe relevant departments of the university sports teams configuration issues can be caused and help toimprove the overall level of in Henan Province, thereby contributing to development of theAthleticSports "Combination of teaching and training”. |
