That the effect of New Curriculum reform is not very ideal is deeply rooted in therestriction of classroom culture. While the research of the classroom culture is subject to themechanical, binary and closed modern philosophy, resulting in its research-sided, isolated,still and with practice far apart. In this article, I adopt the concept of ecological philosophy toexplore the classroom culture, which means I uses an overall, contact and processing view toexamine the ecological idea of classroom culture, interpret the connotation and compositionof classroom culture, analyze the types and function of classroom culture and reveal theinherent law of class culture conflict and transformation. On this base, I put forward thespecific strategies to build eco-classroom culture, enrich the study of the theory and practiceof classroom culture, improve the classroom culture, improve the quality of teaching and thedevelopment of teachers and students. This dissertation includes five parts, four of which arethe main body:Preface: It tells us you the origin, theoretical basis, research value, research methods andresearch innovation of this dissertation. In this part, I discuss the present research situationand limitation in theory and practice of classroom culture systematically, which points out itsproblems rooted in the influence of modern philosophy. Thus I come up with the idea ofadopting the ecological philosophy to analyze the classroom culture. At the same time, thispaper summarizes the theoretical basis of this study the basic thoughts of ecologicalphilosophy and cultural philosophy.Part I: Interpret the connotation and composition of classroom culture from the Angleof ecological philosophy. By the concept of ecological philosophy, I get an overallexamination of the classroom culture. And I believe that the classroom culture is an ecologicalsystem which results from the interaction between teachers and students who are led by thevalues and classroom environment. The ecological system is composed of three factors:teachers and students, teaching values and teaching and learning approach.Part II: Divide the types of classroom culture from the dimensions of culture type inculture philosophy. Meanwhile, this paper explores the function of different types ofclassroom culture from the perspective of the function of different classroom culture. Thispaper divides the type of the classroom culture into the natural and conscious system form the perspective of the function of different classroom culture and analysis of the interactionbetween the two, which is based on the cultural philosophy dimension of cultural division. Onhis base, this paper discusses the cultivation effect of natural classroom culture on teachersand students as well as the enculturation influence on teachers and students to reveal andmoist and acculturation of organic connection.Part III: Analyze the conflict and transformation of classroom culture in ecologicalphilosophy and reveal the inherent law of the development of classroom culture. Classroomculture conflict mentioned in this paper is mainly about the conflict between the naturalclassroom culture system and the conscious classroom cultural system. The main reason ofthe conflict is the differences and interaction between the inner tensions of teachers andstudents’ nature and transcendence and the natural and the conscious classroom culturesystem, including the positive function that promoting the development of the classroomecological system and the negative function that confusing the teaching values of teachers andstudents. The results of this conflict are the self-adjusting or ecological imbalance of thesystem. The transformation of classroom culture is rooted in the development of the teachersand the students’ subjectivity, internal mechanism for knowledge, faith, the unity, interactionpaths for different main body in ecological system.Part IV: Put forward the ecological construction of class culture vision. It is based onthe essence of the ecological nature of the classroom culture. In addition, this paper aims atexploring of the direction, principle and concrete strategies in the construction of the ofecological classroom culture. The formation of the culture of ecological classroom is mainlybased on the teachers and students’ ecological philosophy and value-oriented values and theecological system resulting form the interaction with the classroom environment. Thedirection of its construction is mainly for maintaining its inner tension and the embodiment ofharmony, orderly and dynamic. The construction principles includes the guiding and adjustingprinciple, dynamic equilibrium principle, development principle, construction strategy for thehistorical narrative, rational thinking, active creation, and reveals that the three strategy is adynamic force system.Classroom culture is an ecosystem led by the values of both students and teachers andthe interaction between the classroom environments, which consists of the following threeelements–students and teachers, teaching values and teaching and learning methods. Besides, Classroom culture can be divided into two types: the natural and conscious systems.Classroom culture can affect the spiritual life of both teachers and students, mainly for thecultivation effect of natural classroom culture on teachers and students as well as theenculturation influence on teachers and students. The interaction between the natural andconscious classroom culture forms the conflict of the ecological classroom culture. To acertain extent, the conflict will cause the transformation of classroom culture. The internalmechanism of transformation is the unification of knowledge, belief and practice. The path isinteraction of different subjects within the ecosystem. Based on the exploration of ecologicalclassroom culture, the ecological classroom culture becomes the target of the classroomculture. The construction strategies are historical narrative, rational debate and active creation,which forms an dynamic force system.
