In the training target of The new compulsory education mathematics curriculumstandard (2011Edition), based on the original “double-base”, they further explicitly putforward the “mathematic thought” and “basic activity experience” requirements, the“double-base” extended “four-base”. Equation contains abundant thought and method,the model is an important ideology that equation contains, and it is the only one coreconcepts was referenced by “thought” of the core concept, which indicates that it is oneof the basic ideas in mathematics, and we must pay attention to the infiltration of modelof thought in the equation teaching.Based on the research of our country and foreign countries about the model ofthought and the present situation of the equation (Group) teaching, Realizing thatthere are some problems in the teaching of junior equation in our country: mathematicteachers aren’t emphasis on model of thought。In the equation (Group) teaching,theypay less attention to train students’ mathematical modeling ability, and they do notattach importance to the students, they ignoring to cultivate the students’ appliedconsciousness and ability; so the students’ interesting in learning equation is very low,the students’ understanding of model theory and master levels are relatively low,equation application awareness is very low, especially in rural middle school. Based onthis the author guided by the new curriculum, based on modern teaching theory. Firstly,the author the expound model’s connotation, and through the investigation on thepresent situation of the middle school about that the current condition of equation(Group) teaching, then, the author analysis the questions that in the present equationsteaching exists problems, and find out the reasons for that why this condition existedand produce, in order to “suit the remedy to the case”. Secondly,the author analyzethat the middle school’s equation status, content structure, teaching requirements andteaching emphases, teaching difficulties and so on. Lastly, the author combined with thecharacteristics of physical and psychological development of the middle school students.On the base of this, the author puts forward the design principles and steps of the middle school’s equation teaching.Through the analysis of the above content, the author further clarifies the middleschool teaching ideal of incorporated model equation (Group) the principles and steps,Based on the model thought into the middle school equation, the author carry on theinstructional design, and carries on the analysis and reflection on the case teachingdesign. Finally, based on the above analysis and summary, the author puts forward thecorresponding suggestions and opinions to the middle school equation’s teaching:The first, According to the specific equations of teaching content, organizingmathematical modeling activities;In the second, Strengthen mathematical way of thinking, improve the students’knowledge structure;In the third, Pay attention to practice, highlighting application consciousness;The last, Meet the needs of era, focus on independent exploration and innovationspace.
