Logistics Socialization In Colleges And Universities In The View Of New Public Administration Theory

This paper discusses the logistics socialization in colleges and universities in the view of the new public administration theory through methods of investigation, literature review and comparison. At present, the logistics administration in colleges and universities has already had the preliminary functions of socialization, therefore, during the administration, the new public administration theory can be chosen as a guide to change thoughts on management and to innovate the modes and methods so as to pursue its efficiency. However, there is still room to improve, including further deepening the logistic socialization, breaking the limitation of mode choices, easing frictions between marketability and public welfare of school services, solving personnel problems which restrcited the logistics socialization, and correcting the concept of socialization. All these problems are caused by factors of government, schools and society. Therefore, to effectively promote logistics in colleges and universities, we should insist on being people-oriented, recruiting more logistic talents; innovating modes of operation, establishing complete and democratic administrative mechanism, introducing competition, building modern enterprise systems and deepening socialization to create a harmonious logistic culture.
