Tibet in2010to achieve domestic and foreign tourists of6.85million passengers, an increase of22.1percent over the same period in2009; The inbound visitors to228,000visitors, an increase of30.5%; Ofdomestic visitors to6.62million passengers, an increase of21.8%; totaltourism income of7.14billion yuan, an increase of27.6%, equivalent to14percent of the region’s GDP. After years of development, the tourismindustry in Tibet’s national economic and social playing an increasinglyimportant role, from general industry to the pillar industries to basicallyestablished a dominant industry across. Tibetan government on tourismdevelopment in the "12th Five-Year" period, the idea is to continue toexpand the industrial scale, Bigger tourism in Tibet, to maximize thepromotion of tourism resource advantages to the industrial and economicadvantages of conversion to achieve this strategic goal, a key prerequisiteis to speed up tourism human resources development and the rapidaccumulation of tourism human resources.However, how to speed up the development of the Tibet tourismhuman resources and tourism human capital accumulation? Guide ourregion’s tourism human resource development, to provide a viable basisfor the Government’s macroeconomic policy-making, is placed in front of the Tibet tourism is a major and urgent task. For the understanding of ourregion’s tourism human resources, accurate knowledge of the tourismprofessionals education and training needs to vigorously implement thestrategy of human resource development and tourism development ofqualified personnel, have a very important practical significance. Thisstudy is in this context, tourism human resources development in Tibet totry to study. Tibet Tourism Human Resources, to provide targeted adviceand operational countermeasures for Tibet’s tourism human resourceshow to successfully translate into human capital.This study consists of five parts, the first chapter is an introductionin to see a lot of Simple review on the basis of the relevant researchliterature, at home and abroad on tourism human resources development,and summarizes the theoretical basis of tourism human resourcesdevelopment and the experience of enlightenment. The same time, somebasic concepts involved in this study in-depth analysis and interpretationof the theory, in order to lay a theoretical framework for the entirestudy.Summarizes the experience of developed countries and regions inthe human resources development and management through access torelevant information, to provide material for the specific study of the ideaof the Tibet Tourism Human Resources Development. The second chapteris Tibet’s tourism human resources needs analysis of the reasons aremainly dealt with the adjustment of economic structure in Tibet, Tibet’s tourism resources and characteristics reasons, Tibet’s tourism industry thedemand for human resources will continue to increase, and clarify thesignificance of this study. The third chapter is the Tibet Tourism HumanResources and the problems of Tibet’s tourism human resources fieldsurveys and interviews, age, education, professional and other elementsof the data for statistical analysis, summarized the status of Tibet’stourism human resources, initially to find out the status of tourismworkers in Tibet, and on this basis, the analysis of its problems. Thefourth chapter is a government-led Tibet’s tourism human resourcesdevelopment strategy. Analyze the situation on the basis of the problem,the basic theory of human resource development as guidance, proposalsfor specific development of Tibet’s tourism human resources. The fifthchapter is the conclusion and outlook.
