| The real competition between countries all over the world is the competition in science andtechnology. High technology industry has become an important composition in whichcountries develop their economy and promote innovation efficiency in new economicsituation. Technology spillover is a kind of important way in the innovation process ofcountries. It is also the significant way of economic growth and the industrial development.In recent years, studies in the forefront field of innovation——the high technology industryresearch——is gradually becoming the current research hot field. The foreign investmentplayed an important role in the development of Chinese economy since the reform andopening up in1978.In the process of innovation at the high technology industry, whether FDI play an import rolein domestic innovation is the question we want to know. Compared with the researchesabroad, foreign investment studies in domestic is far more less. Choosing the spillover effectof FDI in high technology industry of our country as the research object, has significance forour understanding of the foreign capital in economic and evading the negative function.Base on the analysis of characteristics and channels of spillover, this paper focus on the FDItechnological spillover of the sub industry of high technology industry in China. And westudy both overall and various industries according to the characteristics of each branch lineof business, using different econometrics model to learn characteristics and existingproblems of the spillover.In the paper, the first chapter is introduction, introduces the research background,significance and related literature review. The second chapter is relevant theoretical basis;the third chapter is descriptive analysis. As in chapter4, unified model is used to analysisspillover effect as well as the independent model，and following which is an empiricalexplanation. Finally, chapter5is a summary and the corresponding policies. |
