Fantastic logistics design, planning, management are the key of production andquality improvement. Unimpeded transportation can reduce manufacture enterprise’s cost.The concept of lean logistics is a new logistics management depends on JIT productiontheory. It should be focus on the demands of customers then finish the process frominformation flow to products flow timely and quickly for cost down and efficiencyimprovement.This article will analyze production system of Enterprise which major product ismother board based on the related concept to lean logistics and the conditions of Penterprise. According to analyzing technology depends on value flow and process toidentify the factors that caused the whole process blocking, waiting, we discover that PCorporation gets trouble in over long turnaround time of raw material turnaround time,work in process stock accumulation, bad line balance, low rhyme of whole manufacturingsystem etc. The improvement results in apparent effect such as promoted turnaround time,smaller work-in-process stock requirement, shrinking overstock capital and workshopspace demand, overstock capital and workshop space is shrink.The thesis represents the improvement of the factory production logistics inelectronic manufacturing enterprise. The article utilizes the logistics theories to form theimprovement scheme, and makes the plan become accomplished. The application can setgood example for other similar production flow and instruct the direction of lean logisticin electronic manufacturing industry with the guidance of the implementation.
