Engineering Project Management-in The Z Group Of The Applied Research

With the deepening constantly of our country’s reform and opening up to theoutside world, there are more and more building projects of the great scale anddiversified investment. Foreign building constructors are "introduced" and domesticbuilding enterprises are "walking out", the competition of the international buildingmarket is fiercer and fiercer，and the expecting to management level of engineeringproject is higher and higher. Meanwhile, the management mode of engineering projectis being developed constantly, and a lot of new-type modes have appeared in theworld. The introduction of the advanced project management modes certainly willbring impact and influence on the construction of China, so the analysis and researchabout the engineering project management mode are required urgently.In this dissertation, with China’s new rural construction in the historicdevelopment opportunities to grasp and with the group in the traditional farmingindustry on the chain’s core competitiveness and the Z group to maintain and developthe internal project management opportunities and challenges faced as a starting point,the Z Group combined with project management theory and international projectmanagement model to make comparison analysis. The Z group stage for thedevelopment of project management-from the traditional project management models,and gradually transition to the EPC model and Partnering model to constructionprojects to meet group needs. And select relevant examples of constructionmanagement group works to make comparative analysis.Through the dissertation, it can make the employed of project management realizethe importance and necessity of the research of the project management mode, projectmanagement further more, the introduction and reference of the advanced mode canimprove the competitiveness of the building enterprises of China, and for the buildingenterprise of our country, there are certain realistic meanings to tackling the keencompetition of the domestic and international construction contract market.
