Tourism is a kind of behavior, has become a living necessities, and as a kind of social economic phenomenon, the development of the tourism industry is greatly affects the overall progress of economy of a region, the tourism industry has become an indispensable part of the national economy.Tourism resources has a decisive influence on tourism economy, but as people living standard rise, more and more factors affect tourism economy, such as traffic, policy, environment, etc. This will produce the phenomenon that the dominant regional of tourism resources, tourism economic level may not reach the expected effect, tourism resources didn't play a proper tourist attraction.Areas to develop tourism methods are also constantly updated, the emergence of new forms of tourism has greatly stimulated the full development of the original tourism disadvantage areas. This paper takes Shandong Province as the research area, taking tourism resources and tourism economy as the research indexes,Through the analysis of the present situation and the differences of 17 cities in Shandong Province tourism resources and tourism economy,to correctly find the relationship between tourism resources and tourism economy in Shandong Province. So it can provide reference for better planning the development of tourism in Shandong Province. In this paper, the gravity model is used to analyze the spatial mismatch between tourism resources, total tourism income and inbound tourism income.Based on the spatial dislocation index(TMI)and two-dimensional combination matrix, this paper analyzes the difference between the three aspects of tourism resources, total tourism income and inbound tourism income in Shandong Province from the micro level. The results shows that:2001-2015 Shandong Province's total tourism revenue accounted for the proportion of the province's GDP trend increased year by year; The overall change trend of tourism income in Shandong Province in 2005-2015 is that the absolute difference, and the relative difference is in a downward trend. This shows that Shandong tourism industry is gaining ground in the economy;Shandong Province is the city tourism absolute difference expands unceasingly,However, the relative gap in the city area is shrinking, and the overall development of regional tourism in Shandong is in good condition. The focus of Shandong tourism resources, tourism income, inbound tourism income does not coincide, and does not coincide with the geometric center of gravity in Shandong Province, there is a significant dislocation between these indicators. In the year of 2005-2015,the total income of Shandong moved to the northwest. The centerof gravity of inbound tourism income is moving to the northwest, which shows that Shandong is developing the tourism industry in the hinterland. The spatial dislocation index of Shandong Province shows that there are different degrees of dislocation in different cities of Shandong. The dislocation phenomenon of tourism resources and inbound tourism income is more significant.Tourism resources and tourism revenue, tourism resources and tourism income, inbound tourism income and the total tourism income of three groups of two-dimensional combination relations have obvious spatial mismatch. The 2D combined relationship is divided into five types to describe the present status of tourism development in cities.Research on combined micro macro spatial dislocation of Shandong tourism, tourism resources, tourism income, total income,in order to find out the reasons that hinder the development of the tourism industry in Shandong Province,to promote the Shandong province tourism development of the tourism industry, especially the inferior region,to provide guidance and reference and achieve the goal the construction of tourism area.
