The Research On Financial Early Warning Of Listed Company From The View Of East&West Regional Disparities

The current world economic situation is increasingly becoming serious, added the impact of thefinancial crisis. The global enterprises have met great challenges. For Chinese enterprises, especiallythe listed companies also tremendously effected. A set of scientific and complete financial earlywarning system helps the secure development of China’s capital market and guarantees enterprises tosustain themselves. However China has vast territory and the development of regional economic isimbalance, especially southeast and western area. In view of the special situation of our country, notonly to achieve the early-warning of financial crisis system according country, but also to research onit based on regional disparities in order to enhance the scientific of early-warning system and promoteregional economical development.Based on the theory of enterprise early warning, financial early warning system and regionaleconomy theory, learning from the related research method and conclusion in foreign literature andmaking combination with China’s specific research background, this article puts forward the researchhypothesis, whether geographical environment factor impacts early-warning of financial crisis.Research shows that the geographical environment factor influences the financial early-warning. Thenbased on our country’s eastern and western different background, in order to eliminate the impact ofuneven regional development and make the system is more suitable for the company’s regionalenvironment. This paper makes an empirical study on listed companies of manufacturing in easternand western. Exploring different financial crisis signs and constructing eastern and western regionalearly-warning model. As a result, we find that:(1) The significant warning indicators between theeastern and western regions are very common but there are certain differences. Technologicalinnovation index and human capital index are important indexes for the companies to distinguishwhether they are at crisis or not in eastern area.(2) Financial pre-warning regional model can achieveideal and accurate prediction results.
