Leadership And Leadership Style Matching Research

In the world, it does not exist the best style but only the most suitable one for the leadership. To make the management more effective, people need the flexibility when using of the leadership style. The key is different styles of leadership can only be used according to the different environments.This paper mainly discusses and describes the matching relationship of leadership and leadership style. Start with the concept of leadership and leadership style, we want to clarify their matching connotations. Then, paper focuses on how to construct the matching relationships for leadership and leadership style. Paper describes it from four aspects, namely:First construct match based on the organization types; second construct match based on the leading objects; third construct match based on the situation; fourth construct match based on the leader team. Next, paper examines the current matching building situation of China’s High-tech Zone for leadership and leadership style. Finally, took Xiangyang leader groups of high-tech zones for example, we analyze the leader groups of their matching situation when they construct between leadership and leadership style. To solve problems, paper proposes improvement suggestions.
