| With the rapid development of economic and social, especially the IT and the deepening ofglobalization, the intensification of competition among enterprises, led to correspondingchanges in the organizational structure, the organizational structure of enterprises constantlytends to flatten, flexible, and efficient team organization been welcomed by the structure.Flexible, efficient team structure be popular, aroused the concern of academics, the teamconcept since the1990s since academia popular, researchers began their study of continuousin-depth. Especially for team leadership and team performance has become a hot topic in thecurrent team theory and management theory. The past20years, a large number of foreignscholars on transformational leadership, but these studies mostly concentrated on the impact oftransformational leadership on the performance of individual employees, so this paper willexamine the theme of leadership style and organizational citizenship research the impact ofbehavior on team performance. This thesis is divided into three parts to study the problem. Firstof all, collecting and collating a lot of literature, summarize and analyze before the scholars ofleadership, organizational citizenship behavior and team performanceas well as the relationship between research, to identify the basis and theoretical basis ofthis study. According to these theoretical foundations, drawing on previous research results,and propose a theoretical research model and research hypotheses for this article. Secondly,starting from the theoretical model and research hypotheses, drawing on the research ofscholars before finishing this article required variables and measurement dimensions, andaccordingly designed a questionnaire, through the investigation and screening of small-scale,scale and the questionnaire was adjusted and deletion of the formation of the final questionnaire.The empirical part were distributed300copies of questionnaires,256were recovered, and theuse the SPSS17.0and AMOS7.0of statistical software for statistical analysis of the recovereddata to verify models and assumptions.According to the results of data analysis shows that transformational leadership has apositive impact on organizational citizenship behavior, including charisma, motivationencouraged, personalized care and virtue an example for the four dimensions of organizationalcitizenship behavior has a positive impact; transformational style of leadership has a positive impact on team performance, and its four dimensions have a positive impact on teamperformance; organizational citizenship behavior has a positive impact on team performance;organizational citizenship behavior as mediating variables, the transformational leadershiphave a positive impact on team performance. Through the validation of these assumptions,come to the way of leadership styles affect team performance and team performanceimprovement recommendations for the rationalization. |
