At present, China’s private economy has become an important part of market economy, but because the private enterprise existence contradiction such as system is not sound, working pressured and the insufficient of internal communication, causes our country private enterprise employees’ organizational commitment level on the low side, Talent turnover large. Organizational commitment is an index of staff loyalty to organization, it can effectively predict the behavior of employees in the work, Therefore, improve the level of private enterprise employee’s organizational commitment become a very concerned society problem. This research in the study of organizational commitment also introduced the leadership style and corporate culture two variables, Trying to study the relationship between the three variables. Leadership style refers to the style of leadership habituation of various characteristics, different leadership styles will have different impact on organizational commitment and corporate culture. Corporate culture refers to an organization’s core values and assumptions, and is to explain or describe one approach to an external organization.The multi-factor leadership behavior scale Bass & Avolio compiled, organizational commitment scale Ling Wenquan, Zhang Zhican and Fang liuo compiled, and OCAI Scale Quinn & Cameron compiled three scales As the needed scale in this study, in Chongqing, Henan, Sichuan, Shandong and Guangdong cities 362 valid questionnaires distributed private enterprise.Conclusions are as follows:1. Leadership style, organizational commitment and enterprise culture there are significant differences in demographic variables.2. Leadership style, organizational commitment and enterprise culture relationship between any two:leadership style and organizational commitment was positively correlated; enterprise culture and organizational commitment was positively correlated; leadership style positively correlated with enterprise culture. Further regression analysis showed that the four dimensions of leadership style on organizational commitment to have a significant positive prediction; The stability and flexibility of enterprise culture dimensions on organizational commitment to have a significant positive prediction, focuses on internal and external of enterprise culture dimensions on organizational commitment to have a significant negative prediction; four dimensions of leadership style on enterprise culture to have a significant positive prediction.3. Enterprise culture from the part of the intermediary role between leadership style and organizational commitment:Stability enterprise culture from the part of the intermediary role between leadership style and organizational commitment; Flexibility enterprise culture from the part of the intermediary role between leadership style and organizational commitment; Focuses on internal enterprise culture from the part of the intermediary role between leadership style and organizational commitment; And focuses on external of enterprise culture from the part of the intermediary role between leadership style and organizational commitment.
