With the development of economic globalization, domestic and international business circles andacademia put more emphasis on the research about cultural enterprises. At present, many localgovernments began to focus on the development of cultural industry, the" soft power" of culturalenterprises and its development prospect are high valued by more and more countries and regions.Cultural enterprise mainly refers to the economic entities with cultural products, with uniqueproperties compared with other types of enterprises. Therefore, in order to develop cultural enterpriseswith high-tech products and cultural value, improve the cultural image, it is necessary to understandthe influencing factors of competitiveness. Therefore, this study has important practical significance.The research based on a large number of literatures, with in-depth study of the competitivenessof enterprises and the related evaluation theory. Based on the Professor Potter’s theory of value chainand reference documents, the qualitative analysis combined with China’s cultural enterprise businesscase, then have a preliminary refining related to the30factors about cultural enterprisescompetitiveness. In this paper, survey design questionnaire choose the typical Likert’s scale, selected5types of Jiangsu enterprises, such as advertising companies, Internet companies, animationcompanies, book publishing, tourism companies as the investigation object. Then, using statisticaltools SPSS17on recovery of effective data processing, screen out29factors, through factor analysis,the factors are summary to5kinds; factor analysis using Amos7.0to authenticate, draw theconclusion: the5factors of cultural enterprises competitiveness of play a positive role, it means thatin order to enhance the competitiveness of cultural enterprises, the5influencing factors play a role inpromoting. Finally, according to the study, the paper put forward to several countermeasures andsuggestions, improving the competitiveness of cultural enterprises in our country.
