Based On The Theories Of Niche Fitness A Research On Egional Yacht Industry Development Orientation

Yacht industry with its remarkable overall efficiency and great prospects fordevelopment, has attracted more governments’concern. And many cities want to putthe yacht industry development become the local urban business card.However, as anew industry, which factors for the development of the yacht industry play a moreimportant role and which place is more suitable for the yacht industry development?We need effective evaluation methods to judge it.In view of the niche-fitness theory, taking regional yacht industry positioning asobjects for research,this paper has done research on the city’s yacht industry in thefollowing areas：(1) Basing on the classical niche and niche-fitness theories, regional yachtindustry niche theories, regional yacht industry niche fitness theories arediscussed;Combined with the analysis of niche-fitness formula, select a city yachtindustry niche-fitness model formula. And use the entropy method to give weight tothe indicators through analyzing.(2) Combined with the status quo of China’s yacht industry, the paper analys thetwo classification factors that affect the yacht industry about the yacht manufacturingindustry and yacht consumer industry.And it establishes the yacht industryniche-fitness evaluation indicator system through the factors analysis; Based onniche-fitness model, construct the city yacht industry niche suitability model; At last,based on the actual situation of jiangsu province, the paper establishes niche-fitnessevaluation index system of jiangsu province. The paper calculates the yacht industryniche-fitness value of13cities in jiangsu province, and yacht industry niche-fitnessanalysis results are evaluated.(3) Above the analysis of the affecting factors on yacht industry, the paper givesyacht industry positioning and some suggestions for the development of jiangsu yachtindustry at last.
