With the rapid economic development of China, there are many urban villagesformed by the urbanization, this problem become the bottleneck affect the citydevelopment and construct the harmonious social, subject to its modification isinevitable. At present, because the lack of relevant laws and regulations in China, thereare a lot of difficulties in transformation. In order to fundamentally solve the problem of“village in the city” reconstruction, it is necessary to analyze the benefit main bodyinvolved in reform, put forward the corresponding countermeasures and suggestions,alleviate “village in the city” reconstruction contradictions, in order to promote thereconstruction of village in the city is carried out smoothly.In this paper, I use a combination of theoretical analysis and empirical research,then through the research about the status at home and abroad, the urban village concept,causes, and the need for transformation and the transformation of the difficult root causeanalysis; Then do a in-depth study of the transformation of villages in China existenceof major issues, including social management issues in the transformation process andtransformation; This article takes a game analysis about the three interests of the maincontradictions in the city village renovation from the perspective of the game theory,then we establish a game theory model and analysis the results of game theory, in thesame time, I use an example to validate the build of the game model in this article isoperability; Finally, in this paper I hope to according to the stakeholder game results areproposed to improve the villagers living security system, improve the villages in the citytransformation and the development of standardized laws and regulations to solve theproblems in the reconstruction of village in city.Through this research, I describe the introduction of game theory, enriching the theory of game theory and stakeholder theory, it can maximize ease the contradictionsabout the government, villagers and the developers. I build a game model and makesome practical suggestions based on the outcome of the development providers. Thisstudy is not only conducive to the smooth progress of thetransformation in the villages, but also it helps to accelerate the strategicadjustment of economic structure and promote the construction of harmonious society.
