Study On Path Program Of Logistics And Road Transport Of Oversized Cargo Based On CBR

Due to the the further development of market economy, the competition withinbulky/heavy cargo transportation industry increased day after day and the margins isgreatly compressed in recent years. Therefore, how to improve core commpetence andeconomic benefits becomes a key question to be solved by a bulky/heavy cargotransportation enterprise. As the technical scheme to guide highway transportationprocess of bulky/heavy cargoes, a routing scheme is quite significant to measure anenterprise’s competiveness. That’s why bulky/heavy cargo transportation enterprises arepaying more and more attention to research highway transportation routing schemes.After researches on the three indicators which can measure the routing programpros and cons, this paper proposed a CBR based study method for routing scheme ofheavy/bulky cargo trasported on highway. This three indicators is vehicle passing ability,transport cost and time.Main contents of this paper are as following:Firstly, a lot of home and abroad highway transportation routes for heavy/bulkycargoes as well as research status of vehichle passing ability and CBR technique areanalyzed in a general way in this paper, providing theoretical supports for study ofhighway transportation routes for heavy/bulky cargoes.Secondly, key factors deciding passing ability of bulky/heavy cargo trucks areanalyzed and operation mechanisms to check passing ability is researched. In addition, amodel and algorithm for passing ability of bulky-heavy cargo trucks are established toprovide technical support for deciding optional routes.Thirdly, critical factors deciding transport costs and time are analyzed, a framemodel to indicate transport cases is established, cases organizational structure&retrieval process&modifying process are designed and a case base study andmaintenance method is determined. on this basis, CBR technique is used to evaluatebulky/heavy cargo transportation costs and time to find out the final routes scheme.Finally, the study results have been used in a project. A route scheme of lowestcosts and time compliance was decided after choosing available roads by vehiclepassing ability and evaluating transport costs and time by CBR technique. And the factinproved that the method in this paper is scientific and effective.
