The Research Of Combining And Optimizing The Transport In Exportation Of JH Company

With the development of society and economy, especially the development of globalization, it is more and more frequent and common for goods transited worldwide. How to achieve these requirements in transportation like efficient time, economical cost,diverse mode and safety puts forward a higher requirement on consummating modern transportation network and combining diverse transportation means, which will further promote the development on modern transportation and logistics industry. In this background, the dissertation focuses on the integrated transportation. According to the effects of different transport modes to integrated transportation combination and optimization, the dissertation discusses the best integrated transportation mode and the best rout to meet the needs of different destination and transportation time of different customer, and hence minimize transport costs and risk. The main research contents and results are as follows:1) The dissertation studies the optimization of the exporting transportation means of JH company through operation research and case analysis, in order to find the best transportation combination. In additional, the dissertation provides a theory base and implementation method to further decrease the transportation cost.2) Integrated transport is to solve the integration problem, but "integration" doesn’t equal to the "collection", not a simple sum of the various transport mode. Integrated transport is essentially composed by various transport modes. Its core is to achieve a reasonable division of various transport mode and assure playing full advantages of various transport mode from the overall. The key point to realizing the goal is to find out the basis of the reasonable division of the various transport modes from whole.3) In the analysis of combination and optimization of integrated transport, put forward the concept of total transport time, total transport cost, total transport risk and elastic time. Monetize the total transport risk and add it into total transport cost.4) In the process of combining and optimizing the integrated transport in exportation of JH company, through the establishment of a linear function and using the lingo software, find out the best combination of integrated transport, to improve the competitiveness of the exported products from JH company.The dissertation is based on the actual exporting transportation means of JH company. Through optimizing the combined exporting transportation means of JH company, the total tr ansportation cost decreases by 40% after optimization, which highly improves the competitio n of exported goods from JH. Trough the research of optimizing the combined exporting trans portation means of JH company, and analyzing the factors which affect the combined means of transportation system, the dissertation is searching for the more effective means to decrease the exportation cost.The dissertation deepens and consummates the synthetical transportation theory, and provides a reference for Chinese auto-parts exporting company to select the proper transportation. It has a significant reference for related industry to improve the transport level and lower the transport cost.
