Research On Logistics Service Cooperation And Service Quality Supervision Of Supply Chain System

As global economic integration, the structure of the global economy presents anapparent trend from the “industrial economy” to “service economy”. In this trend, theresearch on supply chain is beginning to expand from product supply chain to servicesupply chain. An important aspect of the service supply chain research is logisticsservice supply chain. It is a new supply chain that the integrated logistics serviceprovider as the core point to integrated supply chain logistics resources by providinglogistics services to ensure product supply chain logistics operation. The level oflogistics service quality has an important influence on logistics service supply chainoperation. Based on former research, this paper focuses on logistics service supplychain cooperation and service quality supervision issues.Firstly, the definition and the essential characteristic of service supply chain andlogistics service supply chain are discussed specified based on the study of existingreferences. Then, introduces the logistics service quality issues and game theory, whichleads to the main issue of this paper——logistics service cooperation and servicequality supervision of supply chain system.Secondly, by using the game theory to build two-echelon logistics services supplychain cooperation and quality supervision model and multi-echelon logistics servicessupply chain cooperation and quality supervision model, and the conclusion is alsoverified through numerical example, analyzes various factors which affect logisticsservice quality. These provide important references for improving logistics servicequality and ensuring the normal operation of logistics service supply chain.Thirdly, combine with the above model and the conclusion, put forward foursuggestions to logistics service cooperation and service quality supervision issues,provide reference for decision makers.Finally, this part gives the main research content and the future research prospect.
