The Research And Application On Fieldwork Management Of Project-oriented Manufacturing Enterprises

Along with product life cycle of the steel structure is shorter and shorter andproducts are becoming more and more diverse.At the same time,the owners of thedelivery requirements are more and more strict, so the higher request for the steelstructure is asked. Site management in steel structure manufacturing enterprise play akey role for the production of steel structure, but there is still a big gap compared withthe site management in advanced enterprise, the promotion of management level needsmore efforts.This paper fully draw lessons from site management theory and the basis ofresearch achievements at home and abroad in steel structure manufacturing enterprise,summarizes the characteristics of the steel structure manufacturing enterprise, analyzesthe site management in steel structure manufacturing enterprise, researches the mode ofsite management, expounds the main content of the site management, and studies theproduction, site layout and the6S management. At the last, the achievements is appliedin J company.The main research contents are as follows:①On the basis of the theory about steel structure manufacturing enterprises andSite management elements,then summarizes the research status. from the "man,machine, material, method, ring, Information" to analysis on-site management of steelmanufacturing companies; described the characteristics on steel manufacturingenterprise like products repeat rate is low and the operation of the project, then raise andthe problems of the steel manufacturing companies on-site management.②According to the Site management elements of the steel structure manufacturingenterprises and site management features and site management and the problems of sitemanagement, this paper proposes to place the project as the core of the steel structuremanufacturing site management mode. Based on this model, this paper expatiates on themain content of site management.③This paper studies steel manufacturing production organization, site layout andenvironment of the scene6S management. In the light of the characteristics of the steelmanufacturing enterprise projects’ operation, by analyzing the process, finally designthe Organization of production. By using the dynamic attractor algorithm to solve theproblems of site layout.
