An Analysis On Green Supply Chain Management Transform Of Traditional Manufacturing Industry In Guangxi

As the huge wealth of the development for human society made by the traditionalmanufactory corporation, human and environmental compatibility conflicts intensified.The ongoing environmental disasters and disposable energy consume accelerated the crisisof resource scarcity, ecological degradation and pollution of the environment. Thesustainable development of the human society was challenged unprecedentedly. How tomaximize the utilization of resource efficiency, at the same time to reduce negative impacton environment made by manufacturing enterprises, and to promote the harmony betweenhuman and nature has turned out to be the focus of an experts, scholars, and thegovernment domestic and aboard. On the one hand, the rapid development of Chineseeconomy has caused great pressure to resources and environment. The demographicdividend which makes the main contribution to the economic growth is slowlydisappeared. Lastly, with the rise of wages, the rise of Yuan and the old resources, thetraditional resources endowment competitiveness decrease. On the other hand, the newadvantages are still not safe established, international society incited China threat to theenvironment and resources. Thus, the situation is that China’s manufacturing enterprisefacing the dilemma between economic growth and income growth and target choice andstructure adjustment innovation for the reason. How to break this dilemma, realizing thesocial sustainable economic growth and promote the population, resources andenvironment harmonious development becomes the focus of the scholars. The circulareconomy and ecology industry is an important measure of the green supply chainmanagement research which was put on the agenda. This paper starts with internal andexternal environment within the traditional manufacturing enterprise of Guangxi.According to the relative literatures, it makes the analysis with the combining of thetheoretical and empirical method which analyzes the necessity, the existing problems, andrestriction factors of implementing sustainable development of green supply chainmanagement in the traditional manufacturing enterprise within Guangxi. At the same time,it analyzes of the enterprise’s economic benefit, social benefit, conservation of resources,environmental protection, the cooperation among members of and cross-functional team,and externalities of the organization alliance. It put forward he specific countermeasuresand suggestions about the way the enterprise realize green supply chain managementtransformation from the macro and micro angles. This has important strategic significancein further promoting Guangxi traditional manufacturing enterprise’s sustainable development, promotes "districts area" economic development and carries on the easternindustrial transfer, realizes the social fairness and justice in this area, the effectiveness ofthe allocation of resources, and optimal of circular economy in Guangxi. Therefore thispaper plays a certain significant role in transforming the methods about green supply chainmanagement.
