A Study On Traditional Manufacturing Industry Supply Chain Sustainability Governance Framework In Guangxi

With the advancement of industrialization,resource shortage and environment worsening is becoming a more and more serious threat to the economic and social sustainable development.People's sustainable development concept and environmental protection awareness is increasing,environmental,social factors gradually become indispensable development factors between upstream and downstream enterprises in the supply chain.How to maximize the efficiency of resource utilization,while reducing manufacturing enterprises' negative impact to the environment and society,promote harmony between human and nature is becoming the focal point of research between experts,scholars and governments in China and abroad.The traditional manufacturing's high consumption and low output character accelerated the crisis of resource shortage and environmental pollution,how to optimize the traditional manufacturing supply chain,achieve the optimization on cost,quality,time,the best customer satisfaction on the supply chain with minimum cost,then realize the sustainable development of the traditional manufacturing industry are the key and difficult points of the supply side structural reform currently in our country.Therefore,the study on the sustainability of the supply chain management on traditional manufacturing has very important theoretical and practical significance.This research is based on supply chain management technology,aiming at sustainable development,use the theoretical analysis and case study combining method,gives a in-depth research on traditional manufacturing supply chain's sustainability governance framework on traditional manufacturing industry in Guangxi.This paper summarized the research status on supply chain sustainability,supply chain governance and sustainability governance in China and abroad,then gives a status analysis on traditional manufacturing industry in Guangxi and a actual situation analysis of the supply chain sustainability of traditional manufacturing enterprises in Guangxi by using questionnaire survey method,then build a supply chain sustainability internal and external governance framework for traditional manufacturing industry in Guangxi;then gives a empirical analysis for supply chain sustainability internal and external governance framework for traditional manufacturing industry in Guangxi,then gives some internal and external governance structure analysis for traditional manufacturing industry in Guangxi,discussed how to achieve the sustainable governance of traditional manufacturing supply chain in Guangxi through internal and external governance structure;at last this paper gives some supply chain sustainability internal and external governance countermeasure for traditional manufacturing industry in Guangxi.The innovation points of this study is systematically established a supply chain sustainability governance framework for traditional manufacturing industry in Guangxi by using the external governance and internal governance method.
