| The high cost and low output characteristics of traditional manufacturing enterprises requires green supply chain management to integrate the entire supply chain operation environment, and any link problerm in the operation process will affect the normal work of the whole green supply chain, so it is necessary to evaluate and control risk caused by the uncertainty and blindness in this process. Involving 100 traditional manufacturing enterprises sample from April to June in 2009 in Guangxi, the paper investigates a questionnaire survey related to the problems of risk evaluation and prevention in green supply chain. It constructs a green supply chain risk evaluation index system and calculates the overall level of green supply chain risk of traditional manufacturing industry in Guangxi via SPSS statistical analysis method; based on the development situation of green supply chain risk management in traditional manufacturing enterprises, it has a research on the evaluation and control in the management process of green supply chain risk of traditional manufacturing enterprises in Guangxi. It is found that the weak point during the process is mainly appears as the week culture consciousness of green supply chain, so cultivate a green supply chain culture awareness and build a culture system could implement the work. Research also found that the risk level is generally high, and it still needs to establish a corresponding risk evaluation modle to evaluate the risk, in order to effectively control and reduce the risk. This paper attempts to build and test a risk evaluation index system model of green supply chain of traditional manufacturing industry in Guangxi through questionnaire analysis, and also tries to combine green supply chain risk evaluation with control process, hoping to give a certain reference for green supply chain risk prevention and control of traditional manufacturing industry in Guangxi. |
